The 4th - 6th grader learned about fufilling God’s plan this week. They heard the story of ruth. The reviewed their memory verse which was Luke 18 “Praise be to the Lord, the God of Isreal, because he has come and has redeemed his people.”

The kids also played a game, did and object lesson and a word puzzle to reinforce what they learned. Please ask your kids about what they learned. Doing this is a great way to do a family devotion time.

We are learning for the next several weeks that Jesus cares for everyone.  We have played games and did some projects to reinforce that love Jesus has for all. We have learned that Jesus cares for the poor and we have learned that Jesus cares for the sick. We learned this week we can pray for healing and if it doesn’t happen right a way (as one of our boys said) Pray till it happens. Go God these boys are learning. We will keep you posted on what we are doing.

We want to welome Traci Bicknell as our new teacher we are excited to have her on board. She loves God and wants to pass the love onto our girls. We are excited that she will be teaching Gospel lights cirriculum and look forward to posting class lessons for you very soon.
